Bohemia Spa: 30 Years of Experience
Provided based on a Proposal for spa treatment, which is issued by the general practitioner according to the recommendation of a specialist. The proposal is approved by the reviewing doctor of the respective health insurance company. The client receives an invitation to start directly from the spa facility. The start date is binding and can only be changed after prior agreement for serious reasons. The client pays a stay fee of 50 CZK/person/night in cash at the reception on the day of arrival.
The length of stay from 21 nights is always stated on the treatment proposal and is based on the diagnosis. The client is on sick leave for the entire duration of the treatment. The health insurance company covers for its insured, within the framework of comprehensive spa therapeutic and rehabilitative care, full-day basic meals, standard accommodation in a double room, medical examinations, and spa treatment procedures contractually agreed with the health insurance company.
Capacity of double rooms without surcharge is limited. If already occupied, we will offer you accommodation with a surcharge. Allocation of accommodation capacities, respectively rooms, is fundamentally done by the company Bohemia-lázně a.s. on-site. If required by operational matters, Bohemia-lázně a.s. may change the place of accommodation within its accommodation capacities. Room number, floor, or part of the building is not guaranteed. Clients of comprehensive treatment pay a surcharge for a single room in all our facilities. We will gladly arrange a single room for you if you wish and if it is within the capacity of the accommodation facility to provide it at the given date.
Contractual price list of stay, contribution to spa care, and surcharges beyond the health insurance reimbursement can be found here.https://wa-uploads.profitroom.com/bohemialazne/1736426273109_SMLUVN%C3%8D_CEN%C3%8DK_PPL_KPL_2025.pdf
