RULES for accommodation
with pets

Bohemia-lázně a.s., Spa hotels Kriváň – Slovan, providing health care, understands clients with pets. Since many clients come to us for treatment, parents with children for health stays, and many clients from around the world with various cultural traditions, we must establish rules for accommodation with pets. We only accept dogs as pets in our spa. Cats, parrots, or other small animals are not allowed in our facilities.

• In our facilities, clients who own smaller breeds (up to 8 kg) may be accommodated after prior approval from the reservation department. The owner must provide a valid vaccination certificate upon request. Larger breeds may only be accommodated if they are guide or assistance dogs, which must always be properly marked in the public areas of the spa hotels, and the owner must present a certificate and proof of the dog's training.
• To maintain comfort, a maximum of 2 animals per room is allowed. The fee for each animal is set by the current price list.
• Clients staying with a pet are required to ensure the dog does not disturb other spa guests in any way, e.g., by barking. The clients are also required to keep their pet clean and odor-free. If the dogdemonstrably and significantly disturbs other guests, the stay may be terminated without compensation.
• The pet owner (client accommodated with a pet) is responsible for any contamination and damage caused to the property of Bohemia-lázně a.s. or to the property and health of other guests or employees. In case of damage, the client responsible for the pet during the stay is obligated to reimburse the damage in full.
• The pet owner is obliged to ensure, preferably with their own pet bed, that the pet does not rest on beds or other furniture intended for guests' rest. They are also required to prevent contamination of the room when feeding the pet.
• If you leave your dog alone in the room, please use the door sign "dog on the board" (STOP - I live here now, cleaning by appointment), which serves as a notice for our housekeeping staff. Cleaning and inspection of the room where a guest with a pet is accommodated must be possible without endangering staff or other guests.
• Clients with pets are required to keep their pets on a leash in all public areas of our hotels (coridors leading to rooms, elevators, reception area). All animals are forbidden from entering the medical department (1st floor, ground floor), Wellness & Spa Center with pool, and spa restaurants, except for guide and assistance dogs.
• Clients accommodated with pets are obliged to clean up after their dogs' excrement. Walking is recommended in the spa forests, which offer many walking paths.
• The spa hotels of the company are located in the inner area of the spa town. Certain restrictions apply. According to Act 321/2012 Coll. § 6, point 2: "Animals are prohibited in spa colonnades, pavilions, and related public spaces. This prohibition does not apply to dogs accompanying visually impaired or physically disabled persons at the time, or dogs of integrated rescue system units and municipal police." Dogs must always be on a leash in public areas. If walked by a minor, they must also wear a muzzle.
• By booking a stay and paying the fee for accommodation with a pet, the guest declares that they have been informed of these rules and acknowledges that in case of violation, Bohemia-lázně a.s. is entitled to refuse future accommodation of the client with a pet, terminate the stay earlier without any financial or non-financial compensation to the client.
