In accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers, Bohemia – spa, a.s., has established an internal whistleblowing system for submitting, processing, and investigating reports to which the cited legal regulation applies.
At the same time, the so-called Competent Person is appointed, responsible for receiving, assessing, and investigating received reports and for communication with the whistleblower. To ensure impartiality and effectiveness in reviewing the received reports, the activities of the Competent Person are provided by an external entity, entirely independent of our company’s structures.

Categories of persons for whom our whistleblowing system is intended
Within the framework of the internal whistleblowing system, we accept reports from the categories of persons listed below:
- job applicant;
- employee performing activities based on an employment contract within an employment relationship or agreement to perform work outside the employment relationship (agreement on work activity, agreement on work performance);
- person performing volunteer work based on a contractual relationship with our company;
- person performing professional practice or internship.
Other persons are excluded from submitting reports via our internal whistleblowing system pursuant to § 9 para. 2 letter a) of Act No. 171/2023 Coll..
